News agencies reported on April 6, that the US President George Bush and the Russian President, Vladimir Putin in a joint communiqué , after their last meeting as presidents of their countries, called on Iran to stop its nuclear activities and enriching uranium.
They also asked Iran to comply fully with the UN resolutions and international communities’ demands.
US President also appreciated his Russian counterpart’s attempt to persuade Iran for suspending uranium enrichment by providing Iran with enriched uranium for Bushehr nuclear reactor.
