Al-Arabia television reported that after two weeks of being besieged inside a hospital the town of Jisr ash Shughur, northwest of Syria, hundreds of Assad forces came under heavy attack by the Syrian opposition forces and the hospital was taken. The Assad forces had turned this hospital in to a troop concentration base for them.
The London based Syrian Human Rights Organization says that 39 opposition forces were killed during the takeover of this hospital which also left dozens of Assad forces dead as well.
The local coordination committees say Hezbollah fighters were also among the Assad force stationed at this hospital and many of them were also killed.
