Allawi’s position in refusing to accept the National Strategic Policy Council is that of all the Iraqiya Coalition, spokesman Heidar al-Mulla said.
“The Iraqiya Coalition considers the stance taken by this coalition’s leader in not accepting this position as a message of opposing Nouri Maliki’s slate flinching from implementing the agreements, including the Erbil agreement as the government formation agreement,” al-Mulla added.
“The Iraqiya Coalition believes there are efforts to flinch from implementing various articles of the Erbil agreement by the State of Law slate, and there is no understanding of national participation. Iraqiya’s opposition has a clear reason, that this coalition is not a plan or project for positions. In fact, this is a project seeking to take correct measures to reform the trends that will fulfill national interests.”
