Baha al-Araji, President of the al-Ahrar faction in the Iraqi Parliament (associated to the Sadr movement) held a meeting with Iraqiya Coalition leader Dr. Ayad Allawi discussing Iraq’s political status and laws to be voted on in the Parliament.
A press release issued by al-Araji’s office states the two parties stressed on the necessity of agreements on laws, especially the special law of the federal court, to be approved by the Parliament.
