Iraq’s NINA news agency reported that the Al Watania Coalition led by Ayad Allawi has demanded a halt of all military operation s in various provinces carried out by the Maliki government and also called for the establishment of a government based on national participation.
In a statement read out by Al Watania Coalition member Abdul-Karim al-Najm in a press conference, this coalition also called for “judicial reform with revision of the Supreme Judicial Council, Federal Court and the ratification of special laws for these entities…”
