General Abdul-fattah al-Sisi has delivered his presidential election candidacy to the High Electoral Commission, Egypt’s Asharq al-Awsat news agency reported on Monday, April 14th.
There is no returning back to a time where there was a dictatorship rule in Egypt. No one can limit a nation with two massive revolutions or take their fate into its own hands, he said in a statement posted on Facebook pages.
Currently it is the public opinion that is guiding Egypt, he added. Regarding the challenges threatening Egypt he said this country needs another 3 to 4 million Egyptian pounds to tackle its problems, emphasizing this will not be resolved with the efforts of one person alone and a group effort and accessible public cooperation is needed.
