17 Syrian migrants drown in the Mediterranean

17 more Syrian migrants lost their lives on Sunday near the Turkey coastlines while heading to Greece through the Mediterranean Sea.
Five women and five children were reportedly amongst those who unfortunately drowned, Turkish media reported.
During the past 9 months around half a million migrants have reached Europe, many of which are Syrian asylum seekers fleeing the hell on earth created by Syrian dictator Bashar Assad back home. A large number of these innocent Syrians have drowned at sea.
