At 11 am on the morning of Friday, September 11th a 29-year old pregnant woman by the name of Hava in the city of Neishabour poured gasoline on herself and set herself ablaze, the state-run Khorasan daily reported. Her 30-year old husband and small child who intended to save her also suffered severe burns. The pregnant women has very severe burns and is described in atrocious conditions.
It is worth noting that these days the cases of such suicides is on the rise due to unbearable economic and social pressures endured in Iran under the mullahs’ regime.
