Sheikh Jabbar al-Mamouri whose full name is JabbarAoudehJavad al-Mamouri, is also known by the names of Abu Ibrahim and Sheikh Muhanad Abdul-Jabbar.He is an old member of the 9thBadr Brigade in Iran. He was recruited by the IRGC and the terrorist Quds force in October 1987 and stayed in Iran for 26 yearsuntil 2003. From 1987 up to now, he is one of the hirelings of the Quds force. His identificationnumber in the Quds force is11748 and has been recruited on October 1st, 1987. Jabbar al-Mamouri is a follower of the Iranian regime’s Supreme Leader, and served as the representative of the supreme leader in the 9thBadr Brigade in Iran. Also during this time period, he operated for the Ramazan Base and directly participated in the extra-territorial operations and terrorist activities of this base in Iraq, and in one of these missions in the Sidkan area of Kurdistan, Iraq which was for terrorist activities, he lost his leg.
After coming to Iraq in 2003, he still kept his direct relations with the Quds force and under the name of Abu Ibrahim, sent his daily work reports to the Quds force in Tehran.
After the fall of the regime in Iraq, Jabbar al-Mamouri came to Iraq on behalf of the Qom Theological School as a missionary and stationed in the city of Rashediya, and since then began promoting fundamentalism and the culture of the velayat-e faqih of Khamenei in Iraq. From the beginning of 2003, he initiated in establishing death squads in Iraq, and is among the organizers of the killings and sectarian war in the Diyala province.
During the first period of the National Iraqi Parliament, elements affiliated with the Quds force, in addition to attaché representatives and due to the presence of national and independent figures in the parliament, attempted to enter elements of their own into the executive staff and the offices and organizations of independent figures, especially the administration of the parliament. In parallel to this policy, Jabbar al-Mamouri became the mole operative of the Quds force in the office of Mahmud al-Mashhadani, and was active as the spokesperson of the Iraqi Parliament’s leading council. On a daily basis, he sent his log reports to the Iranian embassy in Iraq and KazemiQomi(who was then the regime’s ambassador to Iraq) himself under the name of Abu Ibrahim. Through the embassy, his reports were sent to the Quds force, in particular Brigadier Ahmad Foruzandeh and Brigadier Hamid Taqavi, officials responsible for Iraq’s affairs in the Quds force.
With the large sum of money he received from the Quds force, Jabbar al-Mamouri built a house for himself in Jadidah al-Shat and kept his communications with the Quds force. On May 9th, 2005, a university degree in culture was sent to him from the Imam Sadeq University in Qom, Iran. (This university has ties with the Quds force and is used to train international terrorist elements for the Quds force). It is worth noting that by sending educational degrees for its agents in Iraq, the Iranian regime provides conditions for them to be recruited in high governmental posts.
He is a very unpopular figure among the inhabitants of the Diyala province due to his background in Iran and as an element who initiated sectarian wars and social killings in Diyala.He is also known as a man who only worships money and to gain more profit turns himself into any color and depending on the neighborhoods he goes to, wears different cloths such as a clerical cloak or a suit or …. In order to give reports of his missions, he travels to Iran on numerous occasions throughout the year.
Since 2010, the Iranian embassy in Baghdad professionally hired Jabbar al-Mamourifor activities against the residents of Ashraf in order to intensify the pressures on them. Sheikh Jabbar al-Mamouri was briefed by KazemiQomi in Baghdad and then along with another element of the Iranian regime named Ali Zohairi, traveled to Kermanshah, Iran. There he was directly briefed on the mission he must carry out against Ashraf residents. Then in September of 2010, in coordination with Ahlam Maliki, an agent affiliated with the Iranian regime’s embassy in Baghdad, had an active role in staging a photo exhibition against the PMOI in Khalis titled TaounSiyah (Black Plague). This exhibition was held on September 16th 2010 in the youth sports club of Khalis. All of the posters and billboards of this exhibition were provided by a Habilian Society, a front organization of the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence and Security, and sent to the Iranian embassy in Baghdad. There it was given to Jabbar al-Mamouri in a CD and he published them in Baghdad and used them in the exhibition. The Iranian regime paid $30,000 to Jabbar al-Mamouri and Ali Zohairi for the exhibition. Due to the fact that in dividing the money arguments arose between him and Ahlam Maliki, they were unable to work together. Therefore, it was set for Jabbar al-Mamouri to work alone in his anti-PMOI missions in Diyala. Following the photo exhibition in Khalis, Jabbar al-Mamouri traveled to Kermanshah and his next missions were declared to him.
He referred to the inhabitants of the Diyala province many times torecruit agents for demonstrations against Ashraf residents in return of paying money to them on behalf of the Iranian embassy, yet due to the awareness of the people in regard to his unpopular past, his was unsuccessful. Therefore, the Iranian embassy coordinated with the Ashraf Committee so that this individual could carry out his missions under the cover of relations with the Prime Ministry as a state organization. Then in relations with UdayKhadran who is Governor of Khalis and another element of the Iranian regime, Jabbar al-Mamouri continued his activities, and with the large sum of money the embassy is placing in his possession, it was arranged for his main mission to be recruiting local agents to bring to the ridiculous show at Ashraf main gate. For him to focus his activities under the supervision of the Iranian Embassy, they attached him to Nasseri who himself is a Quds Force officer in the Iranian Embassy. From then, the contacts between Jabbar al-Mamouri and Nasseri became direct and for his visits to Nasseri in the embassy he dresses in suits. He also takes agents that have been hired to carry out anti-PMOI activities to the embassy for direct briefings. His entire work schedule is planned by Nasseri and the embassy. In the conspiracies of gathering agents at the entrance of Ashraf on December 11th and January 7th, he has had direct responsibilities. All of the administrative and logistical support of the gathering agents, including providing food and supplies and building roads are up to him. He started preparations from days before the gatherings. The special mission of Jabbar al-Mamouri in the January 7th gathering declared to him by the Iranian embassy, in addition to supporting the gathering, was recruiting a bunch of gangsters to destroy Ashraf’s fence and attack and hurl stones at the residents. In the footages of this disgraceful act, Jabbar al-Mamouri is seen in front of the others.
