In an interview with English language section of Al-Jazeera TV, Professor Raymond Tanter, chairman of the Committee of Iran’s Policy and former member of US National Security Council, stressed on necessity of removing terrorist label from the Iranian Resistance and support of the third option for democratic change by the Iranian resistance.
Raymond Tanter said: We are in a condition that Sarkozy can help George Bush. For example the European Union (EU) has not designated the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) as a terrorist organization. This Council is the parliament of largest Iranian opposition group in exile, neither has Paris designated so.
There is a third solution needed between diplomacy failure on one side and impractical military action on the other side: empowering the Iranian people through their main resistance group is a solution which quells the war fire not only in the United States but in the Arab world.
