Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, extended her condolences for the martyrdom of Sheikh Faez Lefteh, Sheikh Hussein Dhiab and two other sheikhs from al-Obaidi tribe in a terrorist explosion by the criminal agents of the religious fascism ruling Iran, to the families of these martyrs, the residents of Ashraf city, the al-Obaidi tribe and all nationalist and democratic forces and leaders of Iraq, especially in Diyala province.

Mrs. Rajavi reiterated: Due to his resistance and struggle before the devastating meddling of the mullahs’ regime and brave defense of his homeland in the toughest conditions, and for his support of the PMOI in Ashraf against regime’s conspiracies, Sheikh Faez Lefteh was always exposed to the severe enmity of the mullahs ruling Iran, and finally he was targeted by this regime’s savage terrorism.
