Iraqi Defense Ministry cannot become Iran’s lectern: Iraqi politician

Al-Malaf Website, 3 July 2011 – Former Iraqiya member Adnad al-Danbous protested the Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq, adding press conferences inside the Defense Ministry are playing in the interest of the mullahs.
“The Iranian regime during the past few days has focused on the annihilation of Ashraf residents,” al-Danbous said.
“Ashraf residents have been living under a siege for some time and they are in need of humanitarian help,” he added. “However, the Iranian regime has intensified the siege against them.”
“Press conferences in the Defense Ministry are playing only in the interests of the Iranian regime, stating the opinions of the Iranian regime regarding Camp Ashraf,” al-Danbous said, “bringing Iranian intelligence agents to claim they fled from physical abuses by Ashraf residents.”
