Number of inmates in prison west of Tehran 3 times capacity

Gholam Hossein Esmaili, head of the Iranian regime’s prisons admitted the Ghezel-hessar Prison in Karaj (west of Tehran) is holding three times the amount of inmates it was initially designed for. Various media outlets inside Iran have estimated the number of detainees in this prison as being over “thirty thousand”.
