Iranians in Canada Demonstrate to condemn Ashraf water station explosion

Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the Iranian resistance in Ottawa, Canada, held a demonstration to condemn the explosion of Ashraf City water pumping station and 20,000 of Diyala regions’ inhabitants by terrorist Qods Force was condemned as a war crime. Mrs. Folko, representative of Canadian Federal Parliament also participated in the demonstration.

In this demonstration which was held at -20 degree Celsius, the representative of Canada’s Federal Parliament said: My message for you is this, what has happened to the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) and the Ashraf City and the surrounding people is a terrible crime. This terrorist act shows the Iranian regime’s evil nature; that regime doesn’t respect human rights and international resolutions regarding its nuclear program; that regime doesn’t respect democratic elections; the international community must unite against that regime; I announce my solidarity with you.

The chairman of Committee for Defense of Human Rights in Iran, Shahram Golestaneh, said: We ask the Canadian government to exert pressure on Iraqi government to repair the water station of thousands of defenseless people and to condemn the Iranian regime and particularly the terrorist Qods Force for its meddling in Iraq.
