On the morning of Monday, May 12th, the family of political prisoner Behnam Ibrahimzadeh – currently held in solitary confinement of Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison ward 240 – sought to visit him but were denied.
Behnam Ibrahimzadeh was severely beaten in the regime’s authorities raiding ward 350 of Evin Prison back in April 17th. He was also among those inmates transferred to solitary confinement afterwards. Following 15 days of hunger strike he was returned to Evin’s ward 350 along with other prisoners.
