In an interview with Italian channel 2 TV, Abolqasem Rezaii, NCRIs deputy Secretary General and representative in Italy, said: We appreciate the Pope and Italian government for rejecting meeting with Ahmadinejad, but I have to stress that if this policy does not go with the support of Iranian people and its organized Resistance, and if it doesn’t lead to the halt of appeasement policy toward the mullahs, it won’t reach its ultimate goal.

Italian TV added: Regarding the Iranian regime’s nuclear program, Mr. Rezaii said quite explicitly that the issue of acquiring nuclear bomb by Iran is serious and concerning. In order to guarantee its survival, the clerical regime has to produce nuclear bomb; more decisiveness is needed against this threat. If West doesn’t employ suitable measures against this threat, war will threaten the whole region

Mrs. Shahrzad Sho’leh, chairwoman of the Iranian women Association in Italy, also said to the Italian channel 2 TV: The Iranian regime is a suppressive regime that kills the people everyday, youth execution is going on continuously; there are 80 juveniles presently in the death row; also 8 women are waiting for stoning; the Iranian regime must be overthrown.
