The German Solidarity Committee for a Free Iran, led by German Christian Democrat MP Hermann Josef Scharf, Member of Brandenburg Parliament, strongly condemned the execution of PMOI member Ali Saremi.
“Ali Saremi’s only ‘crime was visiting his son in Ashraf,” a state issued by this committee emphasized. “German and Europe must demand from the UN Security Council to put an end to the prosecution Ashraf residents’ families in Iran by the mullahs’ regime.  We call on the human rights institution of the German government to condemn this execution. The German government must place this issue under examination.”
