Through a call published in the French daily Le Monde, The French Committee for Democratic Iran called on the EU Council of Ministers to obey the rule of law and annul the PMOI off the terrorist List.

This call asks the EU to respect the European Court of Justice and POAC verdicts and the persistent call of 1000 European parliamentarians to remove the PMOI from the terrorist list.

The French Committee for Democratic Iran, consisting of members of the Parliament and Senate and French political personalities, has published excerpts of verdicts of European Court of Justice and POAC and two resolutions of European Parliament and Parliamentary Assembly of European Council, approved in Jan. 2008, notified the European Parliament’s Council of Ministers that keeping the PMOI in the terrorist list, confronts the decisions of judiciary and legislative authorities of the EU.
