In an interview with NITV, Alejo Vidal-Quadras, Vice President of the European Parliament, asked the European Parliament to delist the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) from the terrorist list.

Mr. Quadras said: The EU is a political entity that is based on the rule of law, if we don’t respect the rule of law, we would have betrayed our identity as a political union. That is why it is quite clear for everyone that the PMOI must be immediately removed off the terrorist list.

Responding to a question about the missile attack on Ashraf, Mr. Quadras said: This terrorist attack has been carried out with the objective of creating horror; but the residents of Ashraf have proved to be brave and resolute and this measure was only a waste of time for the clerical regime, because Ashraf residents will never surrender to such measures.
