In an interview with the INTV, Sufyan Abbas, Secretary General of Association of Independent Jurists called the missile attack on Ashraf City by the clerical regime ruling Iran a flagrant violation of the Geneva Fourth Convention and an indicative of that regime’s entrance to its final stage.

Dr. Sufyan Abbas said: The Iranian regime under international pressures as well as domestic pressures has entered a new stage which is the start of a new phase of regime’s demise. The attack was a response to such a condition.

Iran’s Ambassador Kazemi Qomi is one of the commanders of the Quds Force and commands all operations against the Iraqi citizens and Iranian dissidents. The crime which was carried out against the PMOI was conducted by one of the most senior commanders of terrorist operations in Iraq.
