In an exclusive interview with the “al-Hadath News Center”, Iraqi MP Mohsen al-Sa’doun from the Kurdistan coalition said in regards to US decision to remove the PMOI from the terrorist list said such a decision in the international stage will be welcomed by all parties, especially since the US was among the first countries that considered the PMOI as terrorists. Now, the US court and judiciary have announced they are not considered as terrorists, he added.
“This decision brings about a new nature of relations towards the PMOI in Iraq that is far from a terrorist designation, and the Iraqi government must treat them according to these terms,” al-Sa’doun added.
