The approval of the presented bill by the British Home Secretary to remove the PMOI from the list of proscribed organizations was finalized in the British Houses of Commons and Lords.
The bill states that according to the order, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) is removed from the list of the proscribed organizations and it will not be proscribed any more.
The bill is to put the order by the British Court of Appeals into effect. The order approved by both Houses will come into effect from this moment with all its legal and political consequences.
