Appeal Court of Paris rejected Iranian regime’s claims against Iranian Resistance

By issuing an order, the Appeal Court of Paris rejected requests of Iran’s ministry of intelligence agents to influence the “17 June” file (regarding the French police raid against the offices of NCRI).

Some agents of Iran’s ministry of intelligence (MOIS) had claimed that they had suffered losses due to PMOI’s military operations in 2000 against suppression centers in Iran. The court regarded such claims of no value and with no relations with the ongoing investigations, and hence rejected their complaints.

In another attempt, the mullahs’ regime, through its agents, had tried to influence the PMOI’s complaint against the European Council of Ministers for illegal designation of the PMOI; however, in that case too, the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg firmly rejected the regime’s agents’ requests and called them baseless .
