An Iranian MP delivered a speech in the Majlis (parliament) warning a tsunami of 8.5 million unemployed people is in the horizon.
“Officials, government members, MPs! A tsunami of 8.5 million unemployed workers will in the next few years transfer the important issue of unemployment from the social field to the security apparatus. Unemployment rates amongst the youth today have reached a warning line,” Ghasem Ahmadi Lasheki said.
