Following gender segregation measures and thus expelling a number of female employees from Tehran’s municipality office, Tehran mayor Ghalibof began justifying such hideous measures.
“A woman in office hours has contact with men for 7 to 8 hours, and at times these contacts are closer than her family relatives, and this damages that family,” he said.
