The presidents of the Russian Federation and Turkey will not be attending the upcoming Non-Aligned Movement in Tehran, the state-run Fars news agency reported.
According to sources inside the regime, the mullahs’ regime had gone to the limits by inviting to this summit Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Abdullah Gul as special guests. However, based on a statement issued by the Russian embassy in Tehran, this country will be sending a low-level diplomat as a traveling ambassador to this conference.
Turkey said it has yet to decide who will be dispatched to Tehran.
