US National Security Advisor Susan Rice emphasized the US will not allow the Iranian regime obtain nuclear weapons, the White House Website reported.
She also discussed the issue of Iran’s nuclear program in a meeting with EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton.
The White House said the two officials to reach a comprehensive solution to allow the international community to guarantee Iran’s nuclear program is peaceful.
US Secretary of State John Kerry in his meeting with Ashton said Iran must not obtain nuclear weapons and it must prove it has a peaceful nuclear program. We continue to believe no deal is better than a bad deal, he emphasized.
