Iranian foreign minister Javad Zarif said Khamenei is responsible for the nuclear deal and said, “Our claim is to follow the leader and if they decide to intervene on certain words, I have no authority to enter such issues. They determine the framework.”
“The structure of our nuclear program has been preserved and we can return to 20% uranium enrichment in less than 24 hours,” he added.
