Mullahs’ security chief discussed draft strategic agreement with Iraqis: report

Al-Sharqiya TV aired a report citing credible sources saying the Iranian regime’s Supreme Security Council chief Saeed Jalili discussed a draft strategic security agreement between the Iraqi government and Iranian regime. These talks were held only with various Iraqi officials trusted by the mullahs.
Based on this draft Iraq and Iran will be a military-intelligence-economic front supplementing each other’s interests in preparation for the post-Assad era. These sources added Jalili’s plan is based on the establishment of a strategic shield, advising expanding relations with Russia to have this country be the main source to provide weapons for Iraq. These sources added Jalili’s visit to Iraq focused on discussing conditions after the imminent changes in Syria.
