Ahvaz:
Contract workers of the Ahvaz Water and Sewage Department rallied in the city’s Workers Square on Saturday, April 5th, protesting not being paid for the past 5 months. The protesting workers said it has been five months since 300 water pump operators of this department have not received their salaries, adding they haven’t received their New Year bonuses either.

Kurdistan:
A group of Kurdistan Rastin Digging Company staged a gathering outside this company office in the city of Sanandaj on Saturday, April 5th, protesting being fired from work. This company fired all of its workers back in January.

Shahr Kord:
The personnel of Kuhrang Falat Industrial Group in Shahr Kord gathered outside the regime’s governor office in Chahar Mahal & Bakhtiari Province calling for their demands to be met. The protesting personnel said this company has not paid his delayed paychecks for three months and also the workers’ New Year bonuses. From July 2013 to November 12th when the company was closed the workers did not receive their insurance pensions.
Rasht:
Workers of the Lushan Cement Company in the city of Rasht staged their first protest rally of the new Iranian calendar year, demanding their delayed paychecks.

Khoramshahr:
A group of the Khoramshahr Soap Factory rallied on Saturday, April 5th, protesting their expulsion from work and not receiving their delayed paychecks.
