Isfahan gold retailers on strike, protesting increasing currency rates

Reports from inside Iran indicate gold retailers in Isfahan’s bazaar s went on strike protesting increasing currency rates, high prices for many basic goods and the mullahs’ policies of freezing assets, jewelry and gold.
Based on this report the gold retailers section of Isfahan’s bazaar closed their stores on Monday and Tuesday.
In Tehran, various protests took place on Monday against the plundering measures of Khamenei’s office, chanting ‘Allah Akbar’ (God is Great) and ‘Death to land-grabbers’.
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran’s Social Headquarters inside the country hailed the brave Iranians protesting the mullahs’ cruelty and plundering policies, and called on Iranian youth – especially college students and various sectors of the society – to join the protesters and expand the anti-government demonstrations.
