Iraqi organizations call for release of 7 Ashrafi hostages

INTV, 2 Dec 2013 – The Association of Independent Jurists in Defense of Human Rights in Iraq issued a statement saying the repressive policies of Maliki’s government, a puppet of Iran, against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran and the organized massacre and torture of Ashraf and Liberty residents is a crime against humanity under any standards. Those behind these crimes must be held accountable before the International Criminal Court. Ashraf and Liberty residents are refugees and asylum seekers, enjoying legal protection based on the International Law and the International Humanitarian Law, and all international covenants and pacts, including the Fourth Geneva Convention and agreements signed between the Iraqi government and United Nations.
All signs clearly indicate the September 1st criminal attack against Camp Ashraf lead to the killing of 52 people was carried out by the Iraqi government and under orders from the mullahs ruling Iran.
