Iran is among the first five countries in the world in forest destruction. This is also the result of the mullahs’ damaging policies throughout Iran.
Iran is among the 45 leading countries in the world that have the most forests, however, due to the vast amount of destruction, it is ranked among the first five in this field. The amount of forest destruction in Iran has reached 33%.
“During the past two decades, the amount of forests in the country has decreased from 18 million hectares to 12.4 million,” Sanaii, a member of the Iranian regime Majlis (parliament) admitted.
This catastrophic situation shows the Iranian regime’s disregard to these resources and their completely detrimental policies.
