Despite the heavy security presence, the youths celebrated the traditional Fire Festival Day by exploding fire crackers and squibs all over the city.
Varamin:
Teenagers and youths in the central city of Varamin, southwest of Tehran, held a spectacular fire festival by cracking fire crackers and preparing themselves for possible clashes with the government suppressive agents.
Meanwhile, the security forces were patrolling all over the city, the reports said. Yet, the huge sounds of squibs and crackers are heard in a vast areas of the city.
Tehran:
In the Quds town in Tehran the Fire Festival was celebrated by people while the paramilitary forces were trying to crackdown on the popular activities.
