Rasoul Boudaghhi a teacher and a political prisoner in captive in Iran has been denied release from the prison, despite exhausting his prison term. Rasoul who is also a member of the board of teachers’ association has been kept in the prison three months over the legal imprisonment terms for bogus and false pretexts. Mr. Boudaghi is currently being kept at the Gohardasht prison, Karaj, west of Tehran.
Keeping Rasoul in captivity and not releasing him is even in violation of the mullahs’ anti-human legal code of 310 of penalty laws approved by the regime judiciary system.
