The Russian TV media RusToday reported the Iranian cameraman assigned to accompany Ahmadinejad in his last trip to New York defected from the Iranian regime. Reports indicate he has delivered to the US a treasure of unseen footages of Iran’s nuclear facilities.
These reports further explain he has provided – at the US request – intelligence on Iran’s nuclear warhead program. Based on this report, Ahmadinejad’s cameraman had with him the most in-depth and newest footages from the Natanz nuclear facility, the Fordow enrichment site, the Parchin military complex and the small experimentary reactor center in Amir Abad.
RusToday’s report cites its sources as reiterating some of these footages show Revolutionary Guards and Iran’s military industry chief explaining details and efficiency of covert equipment to Ahmadinejad or Khamenei.
One Iranian media wrote an article entitled, “Ahmadinejad’s refugee cameraman was actually a nuclear spy?!” and said, “Golkhanban’s footages have provided details to the US that the West was unaware of up to this day, including pictures and footages of the Natanz, Fordow and Parchin sites: three very critical sites in Iran’s nuclear cycle. The footages show IRGC commanders and other senior officials explaining sensitive nuclear and military details for the leader and the president.”
It is said that this cameraman, present among IRGC and Bassij commanders from the very beginning, on and on gained the trust of senior officials and became the special cameraman of Khamenei and Ahmadinejad.
