The phenomenon of suicide is increasing in Iran on a daily basis, especially in Kurdistan. According to the latest figures 5 to 10 people commit suicide each day. On Friday, June 27th, a woman by the name of ‘Rizan’ living in the city of Thalath Babajani committed suicide by hanging herself. It is said that a ‘family disputes’ lead to such a tragic measure.
