Iran: Urgent call by Amnesty International to save the lives of two political prisoners

Amnesty International has issued an urgent call to save the lives of two political prisoners, Mohsen and Ahmad Daneshpour-Moghaddam in Iran. they are in immediate danger of being hanged. Mohsen Daneshpour-Moghaddam, 77, was sentenced to death in Nov. 2009 after returning from Camp Ashraf where he briefly visited his relatives. He is suffering from severe heart disease and is under constant psychological strain. He has been denied medical treatments in the prison. Ahmad, Mohsen’s son, who is also awaiting execution, is suffering from acute digestive disorder and also has been denied medical treatment.
