A group of workers and retired employees of the Sangroud Steel Industries in the city of Rudbar staged a gathering on Monday, March 17th, outside the retirement center of this city. The demonstrators said on the verge of the Iranian New Year, Norouz, they are not able to buy any sweets for their families. The protesting workers are requesting for their delayed wages and pensions.
