Boutique owners in Shahr-e Kord protested the inspections by state police based on the pretext of brand name clothing. The repressive state police arrested a number of the boutique owners who resisted, transferring to an unknown location. Furthermore, they closed down a number of stores under the pretext of selling brand name clothing.
