
Retired workers in Isfahan’s Mobarake steel company rallied on Wednesday, July 16th, outside the regime’s governor office in Isfahan protesting the incompetence of this company. The protesters held placards and chanted against the regime’s officials. The protesters were in the hundreds and with the protest rally they caused many roads leading to the regime’s governorate go closed due to traffic. The regime’s repressive police also closed streets in an attempt of controlling the situation.
ON Wednesday, July 16th, workers and shareholders of the Giti Company linked to the Mullah Ahmad Janati rallied outside the regime’s governor office in Isfahan. This rally was held at the same time of the Mubarake steel company retired workers’ protest gathering. The protesters are demanding their delayed wages and the stock conditions being specified.
According to reports from Karaj workers and employees of the Batun cement company went on strike. One of the workers said the low-quality cement has led to illnesses amongst the workers. From Tuesday to this day all the workers and employees have gone strike. A few days ago a number of workers went unconscious while at work and when they went to the emergency clinic they all realized of their illness. After their families followed up on this issue it was made clear that the cement given under the name of state cement was low in quality and created toxic gases. The employees are currently on strike and therefore threatened to be expelled from work.
