Political prisoner Arjang Davoudi once again underwent prosecution by the criminal judge Salavati while in Evin Prison’s Ward 209, Human Rights and Democracy Activists website reported.
Undergoing physical and psychological torture in the clerical regime’s prisons for the past 8 years, Davoudi was recently transferred from Karaj’s Gohardasht Prison (west of Tehran) to Evin’s Ward 209. Salavati has to this day issued the death warrant for hundreds of prisoners and has become to be known as the “Death Judge”.
Based on reports, Salavati with a new scenario once again placed Davoudi under prosecution and the regime’s authorities did not allow his family members to be present in the court proceedings.
