Residents of Sistan and Balouchestan province especially outlands regions are lacking proper drinkable water. Most of Kouh-vand region which includes 90 villages, are deprived of sanitary drinkable water supply. At the present time, the town of Padig with a population of 300 households, and Gazgitan with a population of 40 households are lacking potable water.
 It is necessary to note that Iranian regime is spending tens of millions Rials to build multiple bases for Basij and anti-people security forces in this region, but refuses to solve the most basic problems of these villagers.
