Iran, April 5, 2018 – The people of Isfahan, central Iran, called for demonstrations on Saturday, April 7, at 8am, against not having received their fair share of irrigation water.
Other news indicate that the residents of the city of Abyaneh, in the suburbs of Isfahan, gathered in front of the provincial headquarters with their local costumes to protest against the lack of water and management. They held banners that read: “The incompetent council must resign.”
