Shahu Jungles, located 60 kilometers from the town of Sarvabad in Kermanshah Province (western Iran), suffered major blazes causing serious damages. On the afternoon of Sunday, July 12th as a result of shelling by the Revolutionary Guards began shelling this area and the blaze was only contained by cooperation between locals.
There have yet to be any reports providing more details about the reason why the IRGC carried out such horrific measures, making life even harsher for the locals.
