The Judicial proceeding has been called for Mr. Ahmadi Ragheb, a civil and human rights activist at Shahriar revolution court.
Mr. Ahmadi Ragheb is facing charges of “propaganda against the state” for posting criticizing text on his personal weblog. In connection to this case in July 2015 he was summoned by the police and then summoned to Shahriar revolution court back in November. Zartosht Ahmadi Ragheb has another court case in relation to his presence in civil protest gatherings. On 23 November 2015 he was arrested during a gathering and thus transferred to ward 8 of Tehran’s notorious Evin Prison along with a number of civil activists.
