
Ahvaz: People and youth staged a demonstration on Saturday night at around 8 pm despite the presence of the regime’s repressive police. The demonstrators were protesting the mullahs’ insults against fellow Bakhtiari countrymen, marching from the beginning of the city’s Naderi Avenue to the Naderi Intersection. The demonstrators chanted, “This is Bakhtiari”. They also had a placard written, “Zarghami, shame, shame”.
Zarghami is head of the regime’s state radio & TV organization.

Security forces opened fire on the people to prevent their demonstration, Al Arabiya TV added. Demonstrators were chanting anti-government slogans and the protesters had closed off Dezful’s exits, demonstrated in the city’s main streets and clashed with the regime’s repressive forces.
The regime’s governor in Dezful was severely beaten during the Saturday clashes. Angry protesters in this city attacked the regime’s governor in response to the mullahs’ regime insulting their fellow Bakhtiari countrymen.
