1200 workers of Ahwaz steel pipe production factory continue with their strike. The employees who are working under the supervision of “Saiyal Sazeh contracting company management, have expanded their strike in 3 branches of this company including factory No. 1, 4 and Poushesh.  They stopped working to protest against unpaid salaries for past two months and lack of any activity in changing their job conditions. The contracting workers are not satisfied and complain the lack of job security due to the terms of the contracts and low wages.
The protesting workers have said: we demand the elimination of the middle man, and we want to sign contracts directly with Ahwaz pipe Production Company. So we continue our protest until we get what we demand.
