Sivan Alizadeh, 27, has been sentenced to 18 months’ imprisonment in the city of Saqez in Kurdistan province. He has been accused of helping Kurdish groups.
He was arrested on July, 10th, 2016 after security forces and members of the infamous Iranian intelligence raided his parents’ house arresting him and taking him to Saqez information ministry.
According to a close aid, political prisoner Sivan has been severely tortured and beaten several times during harsh interrogation at the hands of the notorious ministry agents.
