The state run IRNA news agency on Nov. 21, reported that former Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council and Iranian chief nuclear negotiator detailed some of deception by Iranian regime and its misuse of appeasement policy by the Western countries.

Hassan Rohani said: “the voluntarily suspension of nuclear activities by Iran was not to close down our nuclear program, rather to complete it.”

Speaking in a conference he said: “we could complete the UCF in Isfahan, heavy reactor in Arak and many other unfinished jobs. The West wanted to push us from suspension to close down, but we completed our works. Doing so, we left behind the threat and also we completed our technology.”

“They wanted to attack us after Sep. 11, but we countered the threat by our contrivance,” Rohani added about the US.
